1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to StudyMLS (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our platform at https://studymls.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable international laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Overview of Our Services

StudyMLS is a digital learning ecosystem built to empower students, educators, and professionals in medical and life sciences. Our services include:

  • Structured learning modules and study materials
  • Virtual exams and assessment tools
  • Research submission and publication management
  • Interactive tests and simulations
  • Community discussions and collaboration features
  • Educational blogs and expert-led content

We may expand, modify, or discontinue features as needed to enhance user experience.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StudyMLS. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under international law.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not share your account, impersonate another person, or use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All materials on StudyMLS—including text, graphics, videos, simulations, software, and branding—are owned by Kelvin Arinze or licensed to StudyMLS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create (“User Content”), but by posting or submitting it to the platform, you grant StudyMLS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and transferable license to display, distribute, and promote it within the platform.

6. Community Guidelines

  • Engage respectfully in all discussions and collaborations.
  • Do not post or share content that is discriminatory, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
  • Do not use the community for self-promotion, spam, or misinformation.
  • We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content violating our guidelines.

7. Research Submissions

Researchers may submit abstracts, papers, or projects through StudyMLS. All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. By submitting, you:

  • Confirm that you are the rightful author or have authorization from co-authors.
  • Grant StudyMLS permission to display or archive your submission.
  • Understand that approval or publication decisions are final.

8. Subscription and Payments

While StudyMLS is currently free, certain features may become premium in the future. All payment transactions will be processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may update pricing or plans with prior notice to affected users.
  • Access to premium features may be suspended for non-payment.

9. Academic Integrity

StudyMLS promotes ethical learning and research. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, data falsification, or academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with international standards such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the African Union Data Protection Guidelines. 11. Third-Party Links and Integrations

StudyMLS may integrate tools or link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party sites. Use them at your own discretion.

12. Platform Availability and Disclaimer

StudyMLS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, availability, or error-free performance. Occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyMLS and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for premium access.

14. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

15. Updates and Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of StudyMLS after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by international law and interpreted in accordance with the principles of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in English, conducted in Anambra State, Nigeria.
